A. It is recommended that students in the Specialization take ENGL 200/6.0 and ENGL 290/3.0 along with 9.00 to 12.00 additional units of ENGL or ENGL_Subs at the 200-level, in their second year of study. 

B. ENGL 296/3.0 and/or ENGL 297/3.0 are recommended for students in the Specialization. 

C. A maximum of 6.00 units from courses offered by other Faculties and Schools may be counted toward the program and/or Plan requirements. This includes courses in BMED, COMM, GLPH, HSCI, LAW, NURS, and courses offered by Smith Engineering.
