A. COMM 161 and an additional 3.00 units of an Arts and Science elective may be substituted for Supporting 3.A.
5. Notes
A. For Dual Degree students: 3.00 units from STAT 367/4.0* or COMM 162 may be used in place of ECON 250 or STAT 263.
B. For Dual Degree students: 7.00 units from (APSC 171 and APSC 172) may be used in place of: MATH 120 or MATH 121 or (MATH 123 and MATH 124) or MATH 126.
C. To avoid overlap between the BCOM and ECON minor, BCOM students must complete a total of 30.0 units in ECON. Therefore, mandatory first year COMM course that are exclusionary with Econ courses must be replaced with ECON units in the ECON minor. Please contact the Department of Economics for further information.
D. A maximum of 6.00 units from courses offered by other Faculties and Schools may be counted toward the program and/or Plan requirements. This includes courses in BMED, COMM, GLPH, HSCI, LAW, NURS, and courses offered by Smith Engineering.
